- منصة الأستراتيجية هي منصة غير مركزية تعمل على تقنية البلوكشين، وجميع العمليات تتم عبر العقود الذكية.

- استخدام المنصة يعني موافقتك الكاملة على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أدناه.
- Using the platform constitutes your full acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned below.
- المنصة غير مسؤولة عن أي خسائر ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو عدم اتباع التعليمات.
- The platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
- يجب عليك التأكد من فهمك الكامل لآلية عمل الأربتراج والعقود الذكية قبل البدء.
- You must ensure you fully understand how arbitrage and smart contracts work before starting.
- عمولة المتخصص هي 50% من صافي الأرباح، ويتم احتسابها تلقائياً بعد تنفيذ الصفقة.
- The specialist's commission is 50% of net profits, calculated automatically after trade execution.

- الحفاظ على سرية مفاتيح محفظتك (Seed Phrase) وعدم مشاركتها مع أي شخص.
- التأكد من وجود رصيد كافٍ من BNB أو ETH لتغطية رسوم الشبكة (Gas Fees).
- الالتزام بتنفيذ الصفقات حسب الإرشادات المقدمة من المتخصص المسؤول.
- عدم محاولة التلاعب أو اختراق نظام المنصة أو العقود الذكية.
- Keep your wallet keys (Seed Phrase) confidential and never share them with anyone.
- Ensure you have sufficient BNB or ETH balance to cover network fees (Gas Fees).
- Commit to executing trades according to the instructions provided by the responsible specialist.
- Do not attempt to manipulate or hack the platform system or smart contracts.
المخالفات والعقوباتViolations & Penalties
- الحظر المؤقت: التأخر في سداد عمولة المتخصص أو تنفيذ الصفقات بدون إذن مسبق.
- الحظر الدائم: محاولة اختراق المنصة، التلاعب بالعقود الذكية، أو استخدام أدوات خارجية للعبث.
- الملاحقة القانونية: في حالات الاحتيال أو محاولات سرقة الأموال، سيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
- Temporary Suspension: Delaying payment of specialist commission or executing trades without prior permission.
- Permanent Ban: Attempting to hack the platform, manipulate smart contracts, or use external tools for tampering.
- Legal Prosecution: In cases of fraud or attempted theft of funds, legal action will be taken.
